Don’t have a scanner?
If you do not have a scanner then you can still send us your documents if you have a phone, tablet or other device which can take photographs and allows you to email.
What the images need to look like
When you are sending us your documents, please check that the image is clear enough for us to be able to read the identifying information such as the name and date of birth of the tenant.
How you can send us Documents
Method 1 – Using Our Form
If you are uploading the documents to this form, please carry out the following steps:
1) When you come to the section of the form asking you to upload documents, click the ‘Choose File’ button;
2) Locate the document on your computer and select that file to upload;
3) Please note that we can only accept .jpg, .pdf, .gif and .png files; and
4) We can also only accept files which are up to 2MB in size. If your images are larger than this, they will need to be emailed separately.
The form will automatically upload the file to us when you complete the form and make payment.
Method 2 – Emailing Documents separately from your PC
If you cannot upload the documents using our form, then you can email the documents separately to us. These can be emailed to ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’. Please note that you will receive a reference number by email after completing the form, which should be included in the email that you send us, so that we can quickly and easily track down your matter.
Method 3 – Using a Phone, Tablet or Other Device
If you do not have access to a scanner, then you can simply take a picture of the relevant document with your phone, tablet or other device, and email the documents to us as described above. The email will need to be sent to ‘email@example.com’. When emailing us, please include the reference number you receive in your confirmation email following submitting your form.
