Right to Rent Pilot: Home Office Review Published

Right2rent pilot guidanceThe Home Office has published a review of the first 6 months of the Right to Rent pilot scheme which has been running in the West Midlands since December 2014.

This review has formed the cornerstone of the government’s decision to roll-out immigration checks on tenants from 01 February 2016. It gives some useful insight into how the success of the Right to Rent pilot has been judged and therefore how the future of this scheme may look.
